Pension

NorQuest employees participate in either the Public Service Pension Plan or Management Employee Pension Plan. Reciprocal agreements with other pension plans may be available.

Flexible work agreements

NorQuest employees can choose a flexible work style where you work away from a physical NorQuest site for three or more days a week. The flexible work style is available to all employees unless your daily work requires an on-site presence.
